Antidote offers a 10-week, peer-facilitated support group where you can deepen your understanding of Psychological Manipulation dynamics, share your feelings with others, and receive mutual support in a small community setting.
Our support group is provided virtually through a secure video link for 10 consecutive weeks with up to 8 members per group. Each 90-minute session explores a pre-structured topic such as trust building, psychological vulnerability, effective communication, and self-care.
